I wanted to direct your attention to an article I read. It is the triumph of the human spirit. The story is about William Kamkwamba, a young man from Malawi, who was prompted after reading a textbook about wind powered mills decided to create his own. This story is such an inspiration to me. One book was able to unleash the creativity of Mr. Kamkwamba; his primary purpose was to improve his life as well as his family.
Kamkwamba’s family was unable to afford tuition for school. Having not attended school in 5 years, rather than give up on life, he made a choice to better himself. All this was sparked by one book!!
This gives me a deep appreciation for the modern conveniences we all tend to take for granted. If this young man can achieve his goals in one of the poorest countries on Earth, surely YOU can too!!

Today, I went to the beach with my children.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and
said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.”
She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a
hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never
wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
